TO TELEPHONE FROM THE CORDLESS PHONE

1. Press function key F2 situated below the icon shown

on the display:

The display shows the names (if they have been set), in

alphabetical order, and the fax or telephone numbers

associated with the 60 available positions (00-59) stored

previously.

2. To find the telephone number or the name of the person

you want to call, you can:

1. Press the upper or lower part of the

key until

the desired name or number appears on the display.

2. Press the key corresponding to the first letter of the

name you want to find. The cordless phone will

search for the name in alphabetical order.

3. To start dialling a number, press the key:

Having dialled the number, if the line is free, you can

start your conversation. The display of the cordless

phone shows the duration of the call.

TO TELEPHONE USING THE QUICKEST METHOD

This procedure may only be carried out from the fax

machine.

Do not place the document in the ADF.

1. Press and hold down for more than one second the

number key (0-9) under which you saved previously

the telephone number you wish to call, for example,

- The display shows the digits of the telephone number

that you associated with it (see "To program the phone

book", chapter "Transmission and reception

operations"). If you also associated a name with it, the

display will show this, too.

2. Having dialled the number, if the correspondent is free,

lift the handset to talk.

The display shows the length of the call in minutes and

seconds in the top right-hand corner.

TO REDIAL ONE OF THE LAST 20 INCOMING NUMBERS OR

ONE

OF THE LAST 10 OUTGOING NUMBERS

Do not place the document in the ADF.

TO REDIAL NUMBERS FROM THE FAX MACHINE

1. Lift the handset to engage the line.

The display shows:

ON LINE

and the length of the call in minutes and seconds in the

top right-hand corner.

2. Press the key:

OUTGOING CALLS Ü

3. To select the list of incoming calls, press the key:

5. To find the telephone number or name of the corre-

spondent you wish to call on the list of the last 20 unan-

swered incoming calls or on the list of the last 10 outgo-

ing calls, press the keys:

6. To start dialling, press the key:

Once the number has been dialled, if the correspond-

ent is free, you can start talking.

TO REDIAL NUMBERS FROM THE CORDLESS PHONE

1. To redial one of the numbers of the last 20 incoming

calls, press function key F1:

The display shows the list of unanswered incoming calls.

To call one of the last 10 numbers dialled, press the

key:

The display dhows the list of outgoing calls.

2. To find the telephone number or name of the person

you want to call on the list of the last 20 unanswered

calls or on the list of the last 10 outgoing calls, press the

upper or lower part of the key:

If you like, you can add the number displayed to the

phone book: in this case, press function key F3 (

and, starting from step 3, follow the procedure "To pro-

gram the phone book - To programme the phone

book from the cordless phone" in the "Transmis-

sion and reception operations" chapter.

3. To start dialling, press the key:

Having dialled the number, if the line is free, you can

start your conversation. The display of the cordless

phone shows the duration of the call.
